Features
- Low resistance to melt flow to avoid a negative influence on the screw mixing action;
- Egular flow speed, without zones where material flows slower;
- Suitable shear stress on the wall of the flow channel, avoiding material deposits;
- Absence of high-shear zones with consequent energy dissipation (temperature increase), to stress the material the minimum possible;
- Pipe thickness uniformity;
- Reduced thickness of the welding beads.
