High Speed Single Screw Extruder
Harden’s self-developed SFDH series high speed pelletizing extruders have special screw design and different configuration which are suitable for the recycling and pelletizing of various materials such as PP, PE, PET, PS, ABS, PA, etc.

Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruder

Harden Technologies Ltd. has developed SZS series co-rotating twin screw compounding Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruderextruders. We use our self-processed 'Integrated Bimetallic Coat' rather than traditional bimetallic barrels in the machines, which can achieve good performance with high torque, high-speed and high productivity.

Our own ‘Integrated Bimetallic Cylinder’ has the following advantages:

  • The edge of the coat will not crack

Counter-Rotating Twin Screw Extruder

Our self-developed SMD series counter rotating parallel twin screw extruders are special equipments for compounding and extruding of soft and rigid PVC powder. The technology of the machine solves the quality problem due to the narrow anti-temperature range of the stabilizer

Main Features of Counter-Rotating Twin Screw Extruder

  • 4-axis driven high torque gearbox increases the torque of two working axis to the limits and transmits the torque to the two screws at the same time, which can easily process different recipes with different hardness
  • The temperature of screw is controlled by the heat-transfer oil
  • Both two screws posses independent vacuum drying function which is simple and efficient
  • The barrel has 3 L/D ratio with built-in cooling water channel. PID temperature control mode can precisely control the working temperature. The built-in heater can transmit energy to the polymer in a short time so that reducing energy consumption.

Two Stages Extruder

Our series of two stages extruders are consisted by two steps. The first stage is co-rotating twin screw extruder. And the second one is single screw extruder. The first compounding twin screw extruder runs at a high speed for good mixing and high output capacity. Then the single screw extruder finishes extruding process. The screw inner cooling system can avoid the melt overheating.

The capacity of our SFD series of two stages extruders ranges from 150kg/h to 550kg/h. These two stages extruders are suitable for the recycling, extruding and pelletizing of waste HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, PP film, EPS foam sheet, HDPE, PET bottle flake, etc.
