ZS Single Shaft Shredders
 The Zerma ZS single shaft shredders have been developed as extremely rugged machines suitable for heavy duty applications.
They can be used to grind various materials such as lumps, large hollow parts, film, fiber and paper down to a particle size of about 25mm.
The ZS series of single shaft shredders comes with numerous features, innovcative controls and different choices of rotors specifically designed for various material types. All shredders operate at low speeds, thus generating operating at lower noise levels. A newly developed and patented ram feeder is only one of the unique features of the Zerma shredder product line. |

ZBS 600 for Lumps
 Zerma has introduced light duty shredder model ZBS especially for small lumps. The ZBS shredder has been developed as an economical alternative to the ZSS series shredders. The main application is pre shredding of small lumps commonly accumulated in injection / extrusion process during colour changes and start up.
The machine is fed via double walled sound dampening hopper which can be turned in 3 directions to easily adapt to existing installations. Different material discharge options are available eg; Open outlet to feed into bins, suction troughs to connect to a blower system, direct transfer into another machine or onto a conveyor. Hopper and discharge design can be tailored to accommodate specific needs.
The cutting chamber is designed with a strong tangential in feed thus eliminating, the need for hydraulic feeding system. The 310 mm diameter E style rotor is directly driven by a geared motor ensures smooth operation. |
Zerma Tyre Recycling Systems
Zerma Machinery & Recycling Technology has developed a system of recycle tyres (both radial & non–radial). This system is equipped with shredder, granulator, pulverizer and also metal separator & zig zag sifter to produce metal & nylon free rubber crumb.
 The metal separator removes both the ferrous & non ferrous metal.
The zig zag sifter removes the nylon fibre from the granules
