Standard Nozzles
Standard hot runner nozzles for direct gating from 0.0189 to 5 kg per nozzle.
If required, the modular nozzle design allows quick replacement of components. The two-stage shaft (patented) with varying design features assures outstanding insulation in the front area of the shaft and guarantees the lowest possible heat loss between hot runner nozzle and cavity.
The nozzle with extended nozzle head with increased heating output, are also suitable for applications with thermally sensitive materials. This means problem-free processing of technical high-temperature plastics.
Standard hot runner nozzles for multiple systems are also suitable for processing of technical plastics.
All standard hot runner nozzles are suitable for processing of glass-filled, VO-adjusted plastics and high-temperature plastics.

Flat Nozzles
Flat nozzles for smallest nest pitches

This new type of nozzle has been developed to realise particularly small nest pitches (<9 mm).
The nozzle is suitable for tools with a large number of cavities and smallest tool dimensions and is also available in needle shut-off technology.
Efficient heat distribution is a another beneficial performance feature. A wide variety of different materials, such as PA 6.6, PBT, PE, PMMI, POM, PP, PS und VO can be processed.

Valve gate systems
Multiple applications in combination with conventionally heated manifolds with 230 Volt operating voltage are technically interesting, since valve gate nozzles can be designed from all standard nozzles.
Smallest nozzle pitches from 8 mm can be achieved.
These nozzles designed for 230 Volt operating voltage can be controlled individually and are suitable for processing of low-viscosity to reinforced technical plastics.
The needle motion can be achieved by Pneumatic or hydraulic actuation. |
