GSL Slow-speed Granulators
The slow-speed granulators in the ZERMA GSL range from 180/120 to 180/430 have been specially developed as slow-running grinders for applications in the injection and blow molding sector.
The GSL 300/400 slow running machines are especially suitable for larger mouldings such as car door liners, bumpers or hollow bodies.
The slow-speed granulators of this range are mounted on either low or high level baseframes, depending on application, and with suction trough/ bag fill chute to suit. With these numerous options, the slow speed granulators can be tailored to an extremely wide range of applications. |

GSC Granulators and GSE Granulators
The GSC compact/sound proof granulator series are designed with a fully enclosed sound proof box enclosure resulting in an extremely quiet operation.
While it delivers excellent sound proofing abilities, it still offers easy and quick access to the cutting chamber during rotor and stator knife changes, servicing or screen changes.
The sound dampening material used in our machines is based on the latest technological research.
The completely welded cutting chamber in conjunction with the "V" type rotor design ensures dependability in operation and universal application use.
The cutting geometry of the GSC series allows even voluminous materials to be ground. The complete GSC series line achieves a high quality regrind independent of the material type or form such as injection moulded parts, blow moulded parts, profiles, sheets, film, etc. |

GS High Performance Granulators
The GS range of high performance granulators are based on the latest machine concepts which have been perfected throughout the years and leave nothing lacking. They can solve almost all problems of plastics granulation.
The housing, which is of a robust welded steel construction, is suitable for universal applications due to the removable deflector wedge and is designed to meet the most demanding applications. Depending on the required application, there is a whole range of rotor options from the open 3-blade, aggressive bite types through to the heavy duty, semi-closed, 9-blade types.
ZERMA can also offer the wide range of necessary ancillaries such as blowers, suction systems, conveyor belts, metal detectors, fines separators etc. |

GSH Heavy Duty Granulators
The ZERMA GSH series granulators are designed for the most extreme and universal applications required for today’s plastic recycling facilities.
The completely welded heavy steel manufactured construction is designed to withstand the most demanding and universal applications due to the removable deflector wedge (third stator knife).
Rotor bearings, knife mounts and rotor shaft are oversized to cope with extreme feed stock.
The complete GSH range produces a high quality granulate, whether it be from bottle crates, profiles, sheet film, pipes or start-up lumps. The machines are economical, reliable, easy to clean and have an extremely long service life. |

GSP Pipe/Profile Granulators
Conventional granulators have substantial problems handling long pipes and profiles. To feed large and bulky materials in most cases cavities or platforms are needed. Therefore Zerma developed the GSP range. Thanks to the almost level feeding hopper, long pieces can be fed easily. As the machine there is no risk of blocking, in case of congestion no more material will be accepted by the machine until the grinding chamber is empty and the machine will accept material again, and work can go on without problems again.
The GSP range is based on the GS range and all the machine concepts and features that are present in the GS range and leave nothing lacking.
