Depending on pressure and required air delivery, Bauer Kompressoren supplies three, four or five stage high pressure gas compressors.
This section of our homepage will introduce our product range for gas applications (90 - 500 bar / 1300 - 7000 psig), such as noble gases (such as argon or helium), inert gases (nitrogen, for example) and compressed natural gases (CNG) or methane.

Standard Scope of Supply
Compressor Unit» Details of the Large Industrial Series (horizontal version) or VERTICUS
  • Oil lubrication (high pressure oil pump)
  • Micronic intake filter
  • Air-cooled inter and after coolers for all compressor stages
  • Intermediate and final separators for oil and water condensate
  • Safety valve after each compressor stage, final pressure safety valve with TÜV approval
  • Pressure maintaining valve after last compressor stage
Automatic condensate drain
  • Automatically drains oil and water in the intermediate and final separator while the unit operates
Electric control unit
  • Compressor control (consisting of B-CONTROL and possibly extensions) for VERTICUS and large industrial series. The unit monitors relevant compressor parameters
Frame, housing
  • Open frame with anti-vibration buffers for foundationless installation
