Robust and Trusted - ROTORCOMP Oil Less Compressors

Oil-less Series 7, 5-15 bar

The industry grade oil less compressors D51, D52, D81 are single and two stage piston compressors - designed specifically for continuous running. The compressors have been optimised for medical, laboratory and electronic applications, the food and beverage industry as well as other applications that demand totally oil free air.





Guidelines for installation, servicing, safety and storage

Installation & Maintenance

Extensive tension will significantly reduce bearing life and void any warranty coverage.

Installation:

Installation always has to be vertical. Ensures adequate air circulation.

Maintenance:

Valves, bearings and piston rings wear down. The compressor unit must be serviced in regular intervals.

Safety instruction:

This product does not constitute a finished product in legal terms. Only after installation and in connection with other components does it form a finished product, e.g. oil less compressor systems. Its proper installation is thus the responsibility of the systems manufacturer.

Compressor systems must be installed and operated in accordance with the current valid safety and accident prevention regulations.

Storage:

Adequate corrosion protection must be applied when the compressor is stored for a longer period. All components must be protected against damage from jolting or impact. Any transportation damage must be dealt immediately with the forwarding agent.


Store in dry rooms without acid vapours, alkalis or other chemicals, 1, 5 m (2 yds) away from radiators and at least 0, 2m (8 in.) above storage room floor. The product should not be stored below +20°C (70°F) and above 50% air humidity.
