The AIR-KOOL Unit
The AIR-KOOL unit is piped into the compressor system between the after cooler and the oil and water separator.It cools warm, saturated compressed air to a temperature of +6°C.Refrigeration reduces the air's dew point. A larger proportion of the water vapour condenses in the oil and water separator, extending cartridge life.

B-CONTROL, the Electronic Control for Your Compressor System
 Electronic Compressor Control B-CONTROL
The PLC unit B-CONTROL is a fully automatic electronic compressor control, supervising
all functions of your BAUER compressor unit. On well arranged display, the information of all the running state of the compressor units is indicated. In case of any deviation from the standard values the B-CONTROL stops the compressor unit and the source of fault is indicated on the display.

The B-MESSENGER (optional) informs the operator via SMS on the mobile phone or pager or fax about all relevant compressor data, e.g. forthcoming maintenance work or filter change.

Most simple maintenance
The key symbol indicates that, maintenance is due. The letters A to C informs about the necessary maintenance kit.
(A = 500 h resp. 1 year; B = 1000 h resp. 2 years; C = 2000 h resp. 3 years)
Data Safe!
The battery reading warns in time if battery change is required. The B-Timer saves operating hours and maintenance intervals on its RAM in case of battery exchange or longer storage without battery. During standstill of the compressor the B-Timer changes automatically to power save mode. The long-life lithium cell (3 V) lasts approx. 3 years (500 h1/year).
Saturated?
On the four-part segment display the status of saturation of the cartridge can be followed up. If the remaining capacity is less than 20%, the last segment is flashed, and instead of the operating hours the order number of the cartridge required is indicated. If the cartridge is saturated, all the four segments flashes.
Easy set-up
For the initial operation the compressor data is entered via two operating keys. The menu does almost without language. Symbols make it easy to use.
Pure Air and Extended Filter Life
 Automatic Condensate Drain
The automatic condensate drain removes water from the separators between the compressor stages and from the final separator while the compressor runs.
Drain all separators between the individual stages, and also the final separator during compressor operation (standard draining interval every 15 minutes for a 6 second period).
Unloaded start integrated (automatically draining at every shut-down of the unit).
SSC-system for clean, odorless and noise-insulated condensate, collecting according to TA-Loft, the collecting vessel is equipped with a special filter.
Condensate collecting tank 10 liter, filling content approx. 5 liters.
The automatic condensate drain eliminates the need for regular manual drainage and is, therefore, recommended whenever the unit operates autonomously. Filter life and air quality are optimised.
SECURUS Monitoring System for Breathing Air
 SECURUS Safety System
The patented SECURUS system monitors the saturation of the filter cartridge by measuring the humidity of the molecular sieve and gives an "advance warning" on the B-CONTROL and SECURUS displays when the filter cartridge should be changed.
SECURUS automatically switches the compressor unit off if the cartridge is saturated. The cartridge's level of saturation is also indicated optically.
SECURUS guarantees optimal purity of the used medium and prevents premature filter changes.
Purchasing the SECURUS unit consequently pays off in a short time.
